Foundry Co-Founder Troy Carlson established the Kansas Logistics Park (one of four U.S. sites awarded BNSF Site Certification), helped architect EnterpriseKC and the $7.5M State of Kansas BASE grant for a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, and led the Kansas City portion of the Amazon HQ2 RFP.

Here’s exactly how we’ll work with you, in order.

  1. 011 week · fixed fee

    Discovery sprint

    Problem definition, technical assessment, recommended architecture, and a ballpark for the build phase. Output: a written deliverable + a 90-minute readout.

  2. 024–6 weeks · fixed scope

    Proof of concept

    A working prototype against the highest-risk hypothesis from discovery. Designed to de-risk the build decision before you commit serious capital.

  3. 03T&M or fixed phases

    Build phase

    AI-augmented delivery at 3–4× traditional throughput. Senior engineers, weekly demos, and a transparent burn-down. Operate-and-iterate retainers available.
